Always wash your hands before and after touching the intimate area.
Patch-test any new topical product on your inner wrist for 24 hours first.
Store everything in a cool, dry place — heat degrades botanical formulas.
Never share a wand, applicator, dropper or washcloth — ever.
Never swallow boric acid capsules or use them while pregnant, nursing or on your period.
Never douche. The vagina cleans itself. Douching destroys protective bacteria.
Never leave a tightening wand inside for more than 30 seconds per session.
Stop immediately and see a doctor if you feel burning, pain, swelling or bleeding.
Drink 2–3 litres of water daily whenever you're on an internal detox product.
If symptoms persist beyond 7–14 days, see a doctor. We'll tell you the same thing.
We sell wellness products, not medicine. If any of these apply to you, please book a clinic visit before ordering anything.
Persistent or intense pain in your lower belly, back or during intimacy. Could signal an infection, cyst or other condition needing proper diagnosis.
Bleeding between periods, after intimacy, or after menopause. This needs a proper examination — never self-treat.
Fever combined with unusual discharge, pelvic pain or feeling generally unwell. Could indicate an infection that needs antibiotics.
Any visible sore, blister, ulcer, wart or lesion around the genital area. These require clinical diagnosis and treatment.
Many internal products are not safe during pregnancy. Get medical clearance before using anything — including ours.
If you've had BV or yeast infections 4+ times in a year, there may be an underlying cause (blood sugar, immune, hormonal) that needs medical investigation.
